Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right and ensure that you are happy.


Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied,  please contact us within 30 days and we will refund you on your purchase and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

There is no need to return the product, in order to process the refund.  If you would like to make a return or refund, please contact us at hello@lovelydaybar.com and we will be happy to take care of it.

 

Shipping Policy
We strive to ship out all products within 24 hours of ordering.  Standard delivery times will vary but most locations will deliver within 4-5 business days, depending on distance from our shipping location of Chicago, IL.   You always have the option to pay for expedited shipping, should you need it sooner.
